I have never seen such a beautiful community public library!
The staffs are so kind.
Very spacious, clean, and comfortable place with several amenities; study rooms available in 2hr blocks, cozy fireplace w lounge area, large tables w outlets for convenience, teen section, snack section, kiddie section, computer lab & room rentals, print area, group study area. This is a very nice library with friendly and helpful staff, but this winter there is a loud noise in the main room from the heating unit that can be annoying.

Love it. Nice and spacious. Even though they've been having issues with the AC they have giant fans that keep the place cool. They have a large children's area that includes books, computers, and cozy places to read. The bathrooms are always clean as well. Finally, staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.
Always a nice quiet experience when visiting or searching for good reading material.
Great place for teens to accumulate community service hours.
I love this library. I usually order my books and DVDs online and pick up at this location. I receive an email when items are ready for pick up. If I can’t make it by that date they pleasantly extend my pick up date. Sometimes I just walk around the library looking to see what’s new or eye catching. The librarians are very knowledgeable about their material. I love when they search computer for my item and walk me directly to the shelf instead of pointing in the general direction. Every time I walk in I’m greeted with a big smile and warm welcome. Everything is neatly arranged and well organized. I just love my South Bowie Library.
